Individual Reporting Responsibilities

This month’s briefing will serve as a reminder for your individual reporting responsibilities:

Based on the guidelines set forth in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the reporting requirements the government has passed down IAW your contract, please remember to report the following information to QSL’s Facility Security Officer AND your onsite security POC (SSO): FOREIGN TRAVEL, FOREIGN CONTACTS, PERSONAL LIFE CHANGES, FINANCIAL CONCERNS, COMPUTER/INFORMATION SYSTEM MISUSE, PASSWORD MISUSE, IMPROPER SECURITY PRACTICES, ALCOHOL-RELATED ISSUES, DRUG USE, CRIMINAL CONDUCT, SUSPICIOUS CONTACTS and ALL ADVERSE INFORMATION pertaining to you and the individuals who work around you.

The link below will describe in detail each reportable behavior, incident, or event mentioned above. You may make your report to your Facility Security Officer via email, telephone, or in person.  All information about these incident(s) or event(s) should be reported as soon as possible.
